* High Vibrational Breathing Method:

1)  Sit in a chair upright, feet flat on the floor/ground
2)  Move your shoulders around, feel your chest muscles moving
3)  Take in a deep breath through your nose, and hold it for 6 seconds
4)  Think- “Open up the Crown Chakra” and with little mini-exit breaths release from your mouth air bursts.
5)  Release small burst of air at 1 second intervals until all air filters down through the chakra centers throughout the body.
6)  Right down to the last Chakra center located down below the feet.
7)  “Do this 3 Times or more, 3 times a day or more.”
