Thank you, Dharma, let us continue for we have much to cover.

고마워요, 다르마, 알릴 것이 많으므로 계속합시다.

At this time we will consider another subject which comes under much discussion and is totally misunderstood and "arranged " most conveniently by human rules. It is the matter of what you call the "Sabbath Day".

이제 우리는 많은 토론에 영향을 주고 있으며 또 완전히 오해된 그리고 인류의 법칙에 의해 가장 편리하게 “개작된” 다른 주제를 고찰할 것입니다. 그것은 여러분이 “안식일Sabbath Day”이라 부르는 문제입니다.

THE SABBATH DAY

안식일

One day as Jmmanuel and some of his disciples walked through a field of corn, the disciples pulled out some of the ears from the corn stalks and ate of them. Always there were the "hangers-on" who followed to "spy " on Jmmanuel and his disciples. I believe it to be much like your newsprint reporters who give no peace to your notable ones of today.

어느 날 임마누엘과 그의 제자 몇몇은 옥수수 밭을 거쳐서 걸었는데, 그 제자들이 옥수수 줄기에 달린 열매를 뽑아 먹었습니다. 임마누엘과 그의 제자에게는 항상 “밀정”으로 따라다니는 “찐득이들hangers-on”이 있었습니다. 나는 (그들이) 오늘날 여러분의 유명 인사들에게 평화를 주지 않는 신문 리포터들과 매우 유사하다고 믿습니다.

At any rate, when the Pharisees saw that the disciples had pulled forth the corn, they spoke to Jmmanuel, "Behold, your disciples are doing something that is unlawful on a Sabbath day."

하여간, 제자들이 옥수수를 앞으로 끌어당기는 것을 바리새 사람들이 보고, 그들은, “보시오, 여러분의 제자들이 안식일에 부도덕한 짓을 하고 있군요.” 라고 임마누엘에게 말을 걸었습니다.

But he responded, "Have you not read what David did when he and those who were with him were hungry? When he went into the house of God and ate the bread exhibited there which they were not supposed to eat, neither they who were with him, but which only the priests were allowed to eat? So be it! Or, have you not read in the Book of Laws that the priests enter into the temple on the Sabbath day, yet they are without guilt? Verily I say to you, you generation of vipers, 'A stone will turn into bread before no work may be done the Sabbath day."

하지만 임마누엘은 응답했습니다. “여러분은 다윗이 자신과 함께 있던 사람들이 배고파 할 때 한 것을 읽지 못했소? 그가 신전으로 들어갔을 때 그와 함께 있었던 그들에게는 먹도록 되어 있지 않은, 오직 성직자들에게만 먹도록 허락된 금지된 빵을 먹었소. 아멘! 또, 안식일에 성직자들이 성전에 들어가 율법서Book of Laws를 읽지 않았소. 아직도 그들이 죄가 없는 게요? 진실로 여러분에게 말합니다, 그대 독사 같은 자손들아, ‘안식일에 일하지 않았다면 돌덩이 하나가 빵으로 변할 것이오.”

"The law that the Sabbath day be kept "holy" is only a man-made law, without logic, and so are many of the man-made laws which are contrary to the Laws of The Creation. False prophets and distorters of the scriptures are those who are guilty of these foolish and false laws which contradict the Laws of The Creation and of Nature.

“안식일이 신성한 날로 지켜져야 하는 법칙은, 논리 없이, 단지 사람이 조작한 법칙이며, 따라서 사람이 조작한 그 법칙들 중 많은 법칙들이 창조의 법칙에 반하고 있소. 성서 구절에 대한 거짓 예언자들과 (성서 구절을) 왜곡하는 자들은 창조와 자연의 법칙을 부정하는 그 어리석고 그릇된 법칙에 대하여 죄가 있는 자들이오.

Thus the law of man is to keep the Sabbath day holy and not to work on that day. A law which escapes logic is a law resulting from false teaching of the human spirit.

이렇게 사람이 조작한 법칙은 안식일을 신성하게 그리고 그 날은 일하지 않고 지키도록 합니다. 논리를 벗어나는 법칙은 인간의 영혼에 대하여 그릇된 가르침으로부터 유래하오.

Verily I say unto you, No day is more 'holy' than any other day albeit labeled 'Sabbath', and no law commands that no work be done on the Sabbath day. How is it ye establish which is the Sabbath day? Does the cow know she is not to give her milk on the Sabbath day? Do not the farm animals need of food and nurturing on the Sabbath? The cycle of nature does not stop because of the Sabbath and therefore, the law of man is foolish indeed.

진실로 여러분에게 말합니다, 비록 ‘안식일’이라 칭하나 다른 어떤 날보다 더 ‘신성한’ 날은 없으며, 안식일에 일하지 마십시오 하고 명령하는 법칙은 없습니다. 여러분이 제정한 것이 어째서 안식일이오? 안식일에는 젖소가 자신의 젖을 주지 않음을 알고 있습니까? 안식일에는 농장의 동물들에게 먹을 것과 양육이 필요치 않습니까? 자연의 순환은 안식일이라고 멈추지 않소. 그러므로 사람이 만든 법칙은 참으로 어리석소이다.

"Nay, the Sabbath day is a day like any other day in which the daily chores may be done and in fact, must be done that responsibilities are not shirked and unneeded suffering placed upon innocent creatures. Man has a will of his own and he is also the lord of the Sabbath day as it was written in the old scriptures and laws which were not adulterated by false prophets, distorters and Pharisees."

“그러하나, 안식일은 일상적인 허드렛일을 해야 하는 어떤 다른 날과 같은 날이며, 그리고 사실상, 죄 없는 창조물들에게 고통을 준 책임은 반드시 져야 합니다. 사람은 자신의 의지를 가지고 있소, 그릇된 예언자들과, 왜곡하는 자들, 바리새 인人들에 의해 섞음질을 하지 않은not adulterated 고대 성서 구절과 법칙에 기록된 바와 같이 안식일의 주는 사람이오he is also the lord of the Sabbath day."

Thereafter, he went on and entered into their synagogue where he continued to teach the people.

그 후, 임마누엘은 나가서 그가 계속해서 사람들을 가르치는 유대교 회당에 들어갔습니다.

And behold, there came a man with a withered hand. And they asked him, saying, "Is it lawful to heal on the Sabbath day?" This they asked in order to build of a case against him.

그런데 보십시오, 손이 마른(쇠퇴한) 어떤 사람이 거기에 왔습니다. 그러자 그들이, “안식일에 치유하는 것은 법칙이 인정하오?” 라고 말하며 임마누엘에게 물었습니다. 이는 그들이 그에게 불리한 상황을 조성하기 위함입니다.

He responded to them, "You hypocrites, if you had eyes, ears, and understanding, you could see, hear and understand; but you are blind and without understanding, for you lack the knowledge to see, hear and understand nature, and you also lack the enlightenment regarding the Laws of The Creation to enable you to see, hear and understand that The Creation does not keep Sabbath day 'holy'. Every day The Creation turns the stars in the sky, controlling the sun, the winds and the rains, and feeding all creatures upon the Earth.

임마누엘은 그들에게 응답했습니다. “그대 위선자들아, 여러분에게 눈과 귀와 분별력이 있다면, 여러분은 보고, 듣고 분별할 수 있습니다; 그러나 여러분은 눈이 멀었고 분별력이 없소이다. 여러분은 자연을 보고, 듣고 이해하기 위한 지식이 부족하며, 그리고 여러분은 또한 창조The Creation께서는 안식일을 ‘신성시’하지 않음을 여러분에게 보게 하고, 듣게 하고 이해하게 하는 창조의 법칙에 관하여 계몽이 부족하오. 매일 창조The Creation께서는 태양과, 바람과 비를 지배하며, 또 지구에 존재하는 모든 동물들에게 먹을 것을 주며, 하늘에 있는 별들을 회전시키고 있습니다.

"The waters run in their channels and everything takes its natural course, on this Sabbath day as on the next Sabbath day, as it was created by The Creation. But is not man more than all creatures and plants, since he is lord above them all when he adheres to the TRUE Laws? You generation of serpents, you distorters of the scriptures who, because of your own greed for money and power, spread false teachings. Who among you, if he has a single sheep, and it falls into a hole on a Sabbath day, would not seize it and pull it out? How much more does a man count than does a sheep, and your deceitful and false teachings!"

“창조The Creation께서 모든 것을 지으신 대로, 그것은 다음의 안식일과 같이 오늘의 안식일에도, 물water은 자신의 길을 따라 흐르고 있으며, 모든 사물은 자연의 과정을 취하고 있습니다. 하지만, 사람이 ‘진정한’ 법칙을 신봉할 때 그는 만물의 위에 있는 주Lord이므로, 사람이 모든 동물과 초목보다 더 훌륭하지 않습니까?  그대 독사의 자손들아, 재물과 권력을 위한 그대들의 탐욕으로, 성서 구절을 왜곡하여 그릇된 가르침을 퍼뜨리는 자들아. 여러분 중에 누군가가, 그가 단 한 마리의 양을 소유하고 있어, 그 양이 안식일에 구덩이에 빠지면, 그것을 붙잡고 꺼내지 않겠소? 한 마리의 양보다, 또 그대들의 사람을 속이는 거짓된 가르침보다, 사람이 훨씬 더 가치가 있소이다!”

(* 그 ‘독사의 자손들’은, ‘임마누엘’께서 세상에 오시기 전부터 이미, 성서의 말씀을 뜯어고치고 있었음을 알 수 있습니다.  *)

Then he spoke to the man with the withered and useless hand, "Stretch out your hand!"

그런 다음 그는 못 쓰게 된 손을 가진 그 사람에게 말했습니다. “그대의 손을 뻗으시오!”

And he stretched it out, and it was whole again.

그러자 그는 손을 뻗었으며, 손은 본디 상태로 온전해졌습니다.

The Pharisees went out and again took counsel as to how they could murder Jmmanuel, since he exposed their lies and false teachings and moreso, did so in front of all the people. When Jmmanuel heard these intentions, he went away. Many followed him and he healed all who were in need of healing.

바리새 사람들은 밖으로 나가 임마누엘을 어떻게 죽일까 하고 다시 상의했습니다. 왜냐하면 그가 자신들의 거짓말과 부정不正한 가르침을 더구나, 모든 사람들 앞에서, 폭로했기 때문입니다. 임마누엘께서 그 의도를 듣고, 그는 떠났습니다. 많은 사람들이 그를 따라갔으며 또 그는 치유가 필요한 모든 사람들을 고쳤습니다.

He petitioned them to keep their silence, for he feared that he would be captured and would need suffer the death of a martyr. He did, however, continue uninhibited, to go about the land teaching and revealing wisdom to the people of all the lands in which he ventured.

그는 잡혀서 순교자martyr의 죽음을 당해야 함을 두려워했기 때문에, 그들에게 침묵을 지킬 것을 청했습니다. 그렇지만, 임마누엘은, 위험을 무릅쓰고 온 땅의 사람들에게 지혜를 드러내고 가르치며 제약 없이 시골을 돌아다니기를 계속했습니다.
